Most people in Indonesia have both Grab and Gojek App. It wouldn't be difficult to adjust for users, except merchants/drivers that relying heavily on Gojek App. It would be smart for GoJek Merchants/Drivers to enroll on $GRAB SuperApp NOW, who know when Indo govt gonna confiscate entire business since it is an actual law code. 

Raising funding in SEA is nearly impossible, My buddy failed to raise capital for his startup in Korea more than XX times. It was $25m. $1.5B is not a lot of US/NA market, but massive in SEA. Surely, with @masason helps, but it is still impressive from $1.25B asked to $1.5B bid on X% interest. I had to check it few times to confirm if it was real. 

Solid $8.7B cash balance will allow $GRAB to expand GrabMart quickly, and destroy competition.
