AEW was born from the Bullet Club. The Bullet Club modeled themselves after the nWo. The nWo created a wrestling boom that forced changes in both major companies and spanned into other countries.

Before that, Hogan was as much of a household name as Santa. Vince McMahon took a huge make-or-break gamble with WresleMania which was headlined by Hogan and was a huge success.

Regardless, claiming to take the moral high ground by holding a decade old comment over somebody's head is hardly a good quality. It is propping yourself up at somebody else's expense.

Whether or not AEW would be a thing without Hogan cannot be proven but it is certainly debatable.

Many of you are self righteous hypocrites who have the benefit of not having a spotlight on you.
