I don't think it's a foregone conclusion HIMS would jump on-board.  They're consistent about being a "blue chips" company and doing things above board.  

If it's a reason that is going to be disputed by Lilly (likely), I'm not sure they'd do it.  HIMS as the platform of the future, needs to consider future partnerships /goodwill with big pharma.  

We shall see.
