@admsmith249687 @AdameMedia @jeremycorbyn You're wrong. The Factortame litigation made clear that EU law was supreme. A democratic act of Parliament was stuck down by the courts for conflicting with EU law. That means the centralised power of Whitehall was controlled by Brussels
