@VBlablova @robi_rahman These challenges are compounded by the weakness of China’s software ecosystem. NVIDIA’s CUDA stack has been refined for ~2 decades, and is well-integrated into ML libraries like PyTorch. Huawei’s CANN framework is far newer and bug-prone, causing inefficiencies and raising costs.
