@ModernDayInves @the_mister_mack Its written policy for my business. We have a very liberal sick pay / PTO policy. If u have to work. Or feel the need that you have to work.  Work fom home, reschedulal your appointments, have a team member help with a deadline.  But for damn sure, dont come into the office
