DNI Tulsi Gabbard complete with a gray streak she claims is a "remembrance" of the Iraq war concocted a yarn about Obama and the 2016 election to distract attention from the Epstein files.  Gabbard wants to ingratiate herself with her boss, Donald Trump.  Diverting attention from a criminal investigation is not a legitimate role for Gabbard to be playing, nor is her doing so consistent with her oath of office.
