that 'empty' is a temporary luxury. Once a killer app starts consuming that remaining ~4.9GB of daily blob space, 
won't the fee market kinda ignite and price out the very experimentation you're excited about? 
idk, Isn't this just a short-term window before the classic problem of induced demand makes blobs expensive again?
