$0-$1m with eCom - Day XXX - a 'letter of accountability'

i have been slacking, big time...

not in the amount of hours I've worked, because that's mainly all I do every day, but in my focus

i ask myself how do people scale to $30k/day+ with 25-30% margins

and even without receiving the answer i know what I've been doing the past month is not aligned with that

- i haven't been focusing on the highest levers, and even if i have been, not enough

- i haven't been giving XXX% of my effort, focus, and intention towards scaling

- i have been testing a laughable amount of ads every week (not in a good way)

which is also why i felt my internal FIRE go down, and i felt like i just dont want to work, which didn't happen probably since last year

and now that I have identified what the fuck the issue is, i suddenly feel aligned again, i feel the intention, and i feel the FIRE

not FIRE of achieving the outcome, but the fire of falling in love with the process again, and focusing on becoming the best ecom operator/DR marketer i can possibly become

so this is how I'm going to change the way I operate moving forward:

- come back to studying DR daily
- have set, dedicated days for: research, scripting, analysis.
- test 10-20 NEW concepts per week, the more the better, while keeping quality & intent as high as possible + more iterations

the main premise is:

- INCREASE VOLUME OF TESTING LIKE A MOTHER FUCKER

- EVERY AD HAS ITS OWN HYPOTHESIS FOR AWARENESS LEVEL/DESIRE/ANGLE/AVATAR/ETC

- FROM EVERY HYPOTHESIS WE LEARN THROUGH COMPLETING FEEDBACK LOOPS AND GATHERING LEARNINGS, THEN ITERATING AND IMPROVING

- REPEAT

I quoted @DTCMidas 's post because he's an absolute G first of all and you all should go study his posts, and second of all its the X post that made me go like 'hold up, wtf am I doing'

i'm back

now i need to ideate which are my biggest levers to test in terms of hypothesis - more avatars? different angles? desires?
