The Web3 Foundation has opened applications for Decentralized Voices Cohort 5, running from July XX to August 5, 2025. 
This program empowers Polkadot and Kusama community members by delegating voting power to shape OpenGov.
 Cohort X introduces DV-Light Guardians, reduces individual delegate power (2M DOT, 30k KSM), and enforces stricter accountability with a “one-delegate-one-human” rule. Apply as a DV DAO or DV-Light delegate by submitting your governance philosophy and on-chain participation evidence. Join to influence Polkadot’s future, with potential rewards for delegates.
