It changed a little when platforms like @axelar came in. But @axelar still has some limitation like → validator based consensus, more Enterprise grade, slow finality. Cross-Chain Swaps currently has X major challenges → Trusted Relayers and middlemen → slow fragmented bridging UX → Developer complexity and poor composability.
