NEW: 🇻🇳 Vietnam has launched NDAChain, a state-backed Layer X blockchain aimed at safeguarding digital records across public and economic sectors. 

Developed by the National Data Association and overseen by the Ministry of Public Security, NDAChain will serve as the backbone of the country’s National Data Center. The platform uses Proof-of-Authority consensus and Zero-Knowledge Proofs to ensure data privacy, integrity, and resistance to tampering. 🤔
