While some countries strongly feel that Liberation Movements should remain timeless members of the grouping, whether in or out of power, others argue that such a stance alienates new governing parties, while also undermining the sacrosanct will of the sovereign voter who, in any event, would have decided to retire the Liberation movement from governing responsibilities.
