Alongside MPLA, FRELIMO, SWAPO and CCM, ZANU-PF is expected to address the Summit which reviews the Region in the global context, and explores ways of using governing power to transform individual national socio-economies in line with liberation struggle-time ideals. The Summit takes place at a time when Liberation Movements face challenges from both internal and external threats, including regime-change politics and American sanctions.
