Israel delivers aid to Gazans, Hamas steals it, threatening or killing those who try to take it for themselves, then they either keep it for themselves or resell it at a huge markup to the Palestinian people and make millions doing it. The challenge thus far has been in getting food to the people without Hamas stealing it, from what I understand.
