Yep, but there were a few smart moves that could have proven very impactful if there had been any actual follow up. Greece, Armenia, India, countering Wagner in Africa… even sending some troops to Ukraine to learn from the war. Alas, there never was any actual follow up. The French, wanting to do as much as the Americans, end up doing nothing fully.
