Totally. Liquidity hasn’t just mattered since 2008, it’s been the whole game.

Forget traditional valuation models or risk metrics. Once the Fed turned on the firehose post-GFC, markets got rewired. Everything, stocks, bonds, even crypto started trading off flows, not fundamentals.

Now it’s all about where the liquidity is, how fast it’s moving, and what direction it’s going. TGA, ON RRP, reserves, QT these are the new signals. Not because people stopped caring about earnings, but because liquidity dwarfs everything else.

It’s not just a factor anymore. It is the market.
