People confuse liberal with woke left. Wrong. Liberal at its core means you believe in individual freedoms, free speech, free markets, civil rights. You can be centrist, even moderately conservative, and still be a liberal.

But you cannot be far-right, MAGA, authoritarian, and call yourself liberal. Those two cancel each other out because far-right and MAGA wants control, not freedom.
