Have slightly larger and slightly smaller variants of a form factor that we already know people love. Ramp up in months not years with minimal additional capex, and leverage much of the existing high volume supply chain while also ramping up some new parts for the cybercab — like the new motors that use X rare earths. No, we should definitely do the first one. Ugh! If only Gary Black and Ross Gerber were running Tesla, things could have been so different.
