Would be improbable and illogical for it not to be. I just personally think that the answer to the fermi paradox is the dark forest theory. I also don’t think there is anything especially valuable on earth to save for interstellar civilizations beyond removing us as a threat. And thus .. dark forest says we are gonna get hit by a relativistic weapon at some point.
