My take is to stop funding 'solutions' and start funding 'primitives.' I'd create a $10B perpetual endowment, managed on-chain, to exclusively fund open-source public goods: truly open AI models, decentralized identity protocols, privacy tech, and more. Is the goal not to solve one problem, but to create a self-sustaining ecosystem of tools that allows millions of others to solve their own?
