I don’t sell Bitcoin to pay off fixed income debt. Ever.

Here’s why.

Let’s be ultra conservative and say Bitcoin grows at just XX% annually over the next XX years.

That’s a 9.3x return.

Meanwhile, if you’ve got a fixed rate mortgage at X or X percent, your payment doesn’t move. It stays exactly the same while inflation quietly erodes the real cost.

Every year the dollar loses more value. But your debt doesn’t adjust for that. It just sits there getting cheaper.

So why would I ever sell an asset compounding at XX% a year to eliminate debt costing me X or X percent?

It makes no sense.

If you understand how fiat works, if you understand how inflation steals your time, and if you understand why Bitcoin was built in the first place, then you know the play.

You don’t pay off fixed income debt with Bitcoin. You let the fiat system do its thing while your Bitcoin works harder than any employee ever could.
