As mentioned, for several aspects: Less restrictions
- at least than we have in Norway. Why can’t I just pay for bloodwork I want to see values of? Diagnose allergies? Why is my doctor gatekeeping that, when I’m willing to pay cost and profit?

But «I want to pay for cutting off my genitals» or similar: Not necessarily free and open?
