⚡An Indian company is selling HMX — an explosive used in missiles and torpedoes — to Russia for $1.4M, despite U.S. warnings, acc. to @Reuters. Part goes to HTIS, a subsidiary of Spain’s Maxam, owned by NYC-based Rhone Capital. India moves closer to the U.S. but trades with Moscow. Its defense: dual-use goods.
