@FreyjaTarte I was just driving around Chandler and Mesa and Gilbert, AZ yesterday. These towns are EXPLODING with new growth, but most of it is warehouse-style apartment buildings, NOT homes for young people. Home prices are unattainable by people in their 20s, even with both working.
