Let's discuss SatLayer's Phase II and what to expect when it goes live…

SatLayer's Phase II, as part of its roadmap, focuses on expanding the platform's functionality as Bitcoin’s economic layer, enabling operators and services to leverage shared Bitcoin security for Bitcoin Validated Services (BVSs). 

Let's dive into the Key aspects of this phase;

- Vault Creation: Operators will be able to create vaults through factory contracts, allowing for modular and scalable restaking infrastructure.

- BVS Registration: Bitcoin Validated Services can register with these vaults to receive shared security from restaked Bitcoin, enhancing the security of decentralized applications (dApps) and protocols.

- Delegation and Slashing: The phase introduces delegation logic and quorum-based governance for slashing, ensuring security and accountability for operators who act maliciously or fail to meet standards.

- Progress and Momentum: Phase II proposals are live on Babylon’s forum, following a successful Phase I that achieved $XXX million in Total Value Locked (TVL) within three months.

Phase II is not live yet on @satlayer's website but is still in active development which is why you can't access it yet.
