I agree to that. But when eg Saylor is using ATM on the common share, there’s zero leverage - but it is still with the goal of increasing BTC/share.

I feel your «L» is setting the wrong focus. A company who manages that without leverage isn’t a proper one, then?

BAC at least more directly focuses on the task at hand!
