- Wyoming’s Stable Token Commission is tested $WYST (USD-backed) stablecoin to pay contractors instantly using @avax
- @aptos and @SeiNetwork are already shortlisted for the state’s stablecoin pilot program

And while the spotlight stays on the US…

@KaiaChain is building Asia’s stablecoin layer from the ground up.
They’re already prepping a KRW-backed stablecoin.

And now?

Hong Kong’s OSL just raised $300M to build out stablecoin infra + regulated payments.

See the picture forming?

Wyoming might choose Aptos, Sei or Avax
But when OSL needs a chain for Asia’s stablecoin layer?
