To the people who say they don't have the money to invest or lend for passive income... 

Neither did I when I first got into real estate. 

Do the hard work now or it will just be harder later... 

The important thing that I focused on was that this was temporary and that one day I would have millions of my own dollars lending all rear round. 

From that point, all I had to do was the work to attain capital and learn how to put it to work better, faster stronger.
