Immediately block someone who does ALL of the following: 
- Asks you to follow them back on X 
- DMs you on X or Substack (perhaps impersonating a trusted person), and then asks to chat on WhatsApp or Discord  

They are likely trying to induce you into a Pump and Dump scheme.
