Why is it 100x more significant?  

The kids that Bill Clinton may have violated are only X% as much a victim as the ones you are convinced Trump assaulted?

You do realize that it was the first Trump administration that arrested and charged both Epstein and Maxwell?  It wasn’t Obama. Biden sat on it for four years. Trump is the one who has pushed this issue. 

You can’t have it both ways… shaping the narrative to provide you maximum cover, while trying to do the maximum damage to Trump, doesn’t work for me.
