The financial incentives are totally screwing the Z gen
CEOs of private equity firms and hedge funds and global conglomerates should not be making $XX mil a year while Zers cannot pay back student loans are afford anything but a dump apartment.
The system is broken
I am willing to have my wealth redistributed unlike my boomer peers, but want to see you Zers push for permanent solutions that will benefit your children should you decide to be married with kids, which I think you should pursue
