I think it deserves its own point. 

The whole point of investing into BTC Treasuries is to outperform Bitcoin. 

And the metric to capture that is BTC Yield. 

If Strategy falls to X% BTC Yield per year and stays there, all the other factors will not matter, and I will exit my position. 

Their moat is only as valuable as the BTC Yield (and BTC Value) they can generate long term.
