So now pro-forma sessions aren’t about national duty or balance of power — they’re just a partisan blockade against Trump?

This ain’t about representation.
It’s sabotage wrapped in protocol.
They’d rather cripple the executive branch than give Trump one inch of constitutional authority.

And people still think DC plays by the rulebook?
