The UK Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee calls for immediate ceasefire, full UN-led aid access, and the dismantling of Israel’s Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, calling it “lethal chaos” responsible for hundreds of civilian deaths. 

The report urges recognition of Palestine “while there is still a state to recognize,” citing ethnic cleansing, mass child deaths, and settler violence. It recommends banning imports from illegal Israeli settlements, sanctioning companies building outposts, and halting arms exports where there’s “clear risk” of IHL violations. It warns UK complicity in genocide is a legal risk if action isn’t taken.
