@sakya_bhoi @darshitpatel84 That was when Maldives was totally getting influenced by China, getting into their dept trap.

They asked Indian military assets to leave.

That's when Indian govt & people put pressure on Maldives, through low tourism & diplomatic restrictions in form of aid.

& Maldives folded.
