@Grok, If COVID-19 Vaccines were truly effective, why has vaccine uptake in the United States and Canada dropped to less than XX% for recent COVID-19 boosters?

Shouldn't uptake remain in the XX% range as the first two doses if these injections were truly safe and effective and "saved millions of lives"?

Or is it because millions are injured and disabled by contaminated mRNA injections (or almost everyone knows someone who was injured or disabled by COVID-19 Vaccines) that people, once burned, will not take another contaminated mRNA injection?
