The aircraft involved in this close call event was a Hawker Hunter jet (N335AX) registered to a defense contractor.

A Southwest aircraft (N249WN) heading to Las Vegas (LAS) from Southern California (BUR) took a dramatic plunge of about XXX feet shortly after takeoff in response to an alert about a nearby aircraft on XX July 2025, injuring two flight attendants.
