🛠️ DevLog – Dashboard Refactor for Dual Network Support

As part of the L3 AppChain rollout (where $COR is used as gas for node operations), we're refactoring the dashboard to support both:

🔹 Single-network mode (Testnet #0 – Arbitrum Sepolia only)
🔹 Dual-network mode (Testnet #1 – Arbitrum Sepolia for wallet, L3 for AI data/tasks)

Code is currently refactored and undergoing testing on DevNet6. Once stable, we'll merge it into the L3/Testnet #1 branch for full rollout.
