People will ask you “what’s your P(doom)”, but what about the “P(bloom)”, the probability AI will be better than our wildest dreams?
The formula is P(bloom)=1-P(doom) 

And that’s why they won’t pause, because there’s no “P(meh)”, the upside is as extreme as the downside.
Makes building Risk Awareness tricky,  deniers lock-in the positives really hard.
