this is a huge deal. @Tesla may invest billions in @xai 

vote happening in November. 

right now, i'm all for it. but im thinking it through

$TSLA has $36B in cash. been sitting there for a while. this is an almost no downside move ... UNLESS Tesla needs to use cash for its own businesses (Optimus training, Cybercab, etc)

the @X empire and @Tesla are getting more and more intertwined .. will they eventually merge? what are the implications of that? Elon has stated Tesla could be the largest company in the world 'by far' does that mean way bigger than X? i see them equally becoming $10T companies ... but who knows, its a thinker
