So imagine you have an App. A decentralized App.

An App that gives you the tools and blueprints to build robots, 3d printers and terraforming tools.

And then with those 3d printers, robots and terraforming tools - you can then go on and find little pockets of empty land all around the World to build small Villages where Adults can go and be Adults.

House parties (no underagers, obviously), dueling, fighting, motorcycle wheelies, racing, burnouts, Extreme Sports -- just about anything that is Extreme and outside of people's comfort zones. 

It's almost like a Geocaching Game. But one where you can get injured (but not killed - because there will be AI Referees and Security Agents that calculate the chances of someone outright Dying).
