My favorite X signings of the Perry Minasian era are Brett Philips and Kevin Newman. 

Philips had X major league offers. XX minor league deals. Perry gave Brett a $4mil MLB deal (his father-in-law just so happened to be one of our scouts!)

Newman had X MLB offers as well
