Ha'aretz is definitely hard left, with a particular ax to grind against the right, MSF is probably as close to neutral as you may get but they are definitely not neutral and may not be in a position to make such judgment, the ICC has been widely criticized for various kinds of politicization not to mention ignoring or Israel washing genocides throughout Africa, and of course there are hundreds of people who work for the EU who might make such claims, as well as at least dozens of so-called Holocaust experts, none of whom who are particularly credible in the end.
