the reason XSS is there is base vers for cloud streaming,  Sony possibly headache preps for PS6, but also dont have clue for cloud , imagine what version to be streamed for cloud, PS6/PS5/PS4?
Xbox have unified, so XSS can be base, and ML upped improved at the edge
