Fix #1: Lower resting heart rate and blood pressure with exercise

Target:
• Resting HR: 50–60 bpm
• BP: <120/80

How:
• Zone X cardio: 30–45 mins, 3–4x/week
• Breathwork: X mins/day of slow breathing (5–6 breaths/min)
• Sleep: 7–9 hrs, consistent bedtime
