The problem with the macro targeting is that it cannot take into account time.  

So think of it this way, $XRP, $XLM, $LTC, have all entered a complex wave X since the 2017 run.  

So while I think my $SEI target of >$40 is achievable -  it's a matter of time.  

Hence my discomfort in sharing these so early, because as you read wave behavior, you have a better sense of when it would land, and macro targeting for this cycle becomes much more accurate as you can see everything progress and get confirmed. 

That said, it should be noted that all targets are theoretical until time or wave progression proves it otherwise. 

One thing is for sure, I will sound the alarm if it isn't matching up to expectations.
