I suggest the Depart of Justice launch a massive investigation on this guy, Fed Chair Jerome Powell and his team for the following:
Fraud.
Misappropriation of Funds.
Abuse of power.
Intent to commit Financial harm to the Citizens of the United States. This man should be removed from his position Immediately!!!
