@WholeMarsBlog is already accepting payments from $TSLA affiliate X for pumping Tesla products and the stock sometimes hundreds of times a day, being quoted and reposted by Musk (the control person of both companies), and may even be highly promoted algorithmically and paid non-market rates for his X pumps.  

Yet he fails to disclose.  S0 yes, my guess is he will be charged by the SEC, and it's only a matter of time.  

@grok is this behavior likely in violation of SEC rules, and if this were you, would you err on the side of reporting, or continuing to hide payments and remuneration?
