Palantir $PLTR is once again trying to b/o the upper bound of this huge rising wedge.... if through, it's gonna turn this whole rising wedge into a parabolic and accelerate to rise to XXX XXX 177....  if fails again off upper bound, we see another fade back to the lower bound....
